Holidays nearing an end

Driving back from queenston, a huge steel boat forced us to take pause from the return trip early. Mum and I decided to wait and check out the monolith festival passing by. We noticed four hands on deck just hanging out over the edge of the ship. I don't know if it would be more boring than therapeutic, but I must be a chill gig to man a cargo boat.

I am socially exhausted after all the family time. Most of my relatives commented on never seeing me. And I realized I haven't seen most of them since before grammie died. Felt so guilty, so guess a resolution might be developing stronger family ties.
